Donna worked in academia for The Wharton Business School, The University of Pennsylvania, Rider University, and Parkland College. She has worked in organizations as a Leadership and Organizational Development Professional including RCA, GE, Hospital University of Pennsylvania, Chubb Insurance and C.R.Bard, Inc

Degrees: Donna received her Ph.D. in Human and Organization Development from The Fielding Graduate Institute and her M.S. in Education from the University of Illinois.
